Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change! To ensure we can accommodate all our furry guests, please review our cancellation policy below for Daycare, Sitting, and Pet Wash:

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled service will receive a full refund or credit.

 

Cancellations made 24-48 hours before the scheduled service will receive a 50% refund or credit.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service are non-refundable.

No appointment is necessary for Dog Laundry, so there is no cancellation fee associated with this service.
